Charlotte

Char-0643.jpg

Charlotte is originally from Miami, Florida, and graduated from the University of  Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in history.

During her time at UCF, she was the President of UCF's branch of The Odyssey, in which her articles garnered over 1 million page views. You can read her articles here. She interned for local news organizations, an online fashion publication and launched two podcasts for the University.  Now back in Miami, she is a graduate fellow for UCF's Office of Global Perspectives and International Initiatives.

Charlotte is a working model in Miami, walking for Miami Fashion and Swim Week. Her biggest advice to other twenty-somethings is to remember no one actually has it all together, and we don't have to. We all just have to try to make the most of this decade. She hopes this podcast helps twenty-somethings believe in themselves recognizing we cannot succeed without embracing our struggles.

Peyton

Peyton was raised and currently lives in South Florida. She graduated alongside Charlotte from the Nicholson School of Communication at the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science.

While at UCF, she wrote for the University’s HerCampus chapter, was involved with journalism associations and studied abroad in England. She also worked and interned for marketing, broadcast journalism, and law firms. She is currently seeking news-producing jobs and hopes to one day transition to working in scripted television - maybe even writing her own scripted show one day.

Peyton loves movies, television, and music, and has a passion for travel and working on this podcast. Her biggest advice to other twenty-somethings is to embrace the little things in life and to trust the process of your own timeline.
